以上20个材料，分别制成20个签，供学生抽取。操作流程： 制签——打乱顺序——装入签盒——抽签——将签交给主考教师——师生找到相应材料——测试与评分——教师以任意位置把签放回签盒。

评分说明：各题仅仅是句子结构、话题方面的参考，具体问题由主考教师根据实际情况决定。尽管许多小题有许多具体的内容可以提问，但对于一个学生一小题只能问一项具体的内容。有多元答案的题，学生答对一种即可。每小题问一遍，10秒钟答不上来视为错误。错一小题扣0.5分，本大题最多扣2分。

四、口头作文

1、 向你的笔友介绍一下你自己。

2、介绍一下你的学校/班级/家庭….

3、介绍一种你所喜爱或不喜爱的动物。

4、介绍一下你想从事的工作。

5、介绍一下现在你所处的场景中，人或物的一些情况。

6、介绍一下你喜爱或不喜爱的天气。

7、介绍一下你最喜爱的一个人的长相。

8、介绍一下你最喜爱的食物或最不喜爱的食物。

9、介绍一下你上个周末的活动情况。

10、介绍一下你的一次旅游。

11、谈谈你对各门学科的想法。

12、为学校微机室/图书室/餐厅…制订一些规则。

操作流程：1、将以上15个话题分别制成一个签，放入签盒;2、学生在正式口试前3—5分钟抽签准备;3、学生交签，进行测试;4、教师以任意位置把签放回签盒。评分说明：话题作文在一分钟内完成。1、开口，但不足五句，记0.5分;2、五句以上，意思基本表达出来，但不流畅，有一些错误，记1分;3、五句以上，意思表达清楚，但不流畅或有一些错误，记1.5分;4、五句以上，表达准确、流畅，记2分;若同一个话题几个学生说的内容完全相同，像背书似的，视为舞弊，最多给1分。
